A ROUTE where we talk about RESPECT, in all its forms, ways and areas, how wonderful!
It is a themed hiking route desired by all local voluntary associations. It runs for over 20 km on the fascinating Tremosine tableland and consists of 12 stages, at 12 bell towers, in as many small villages. A journey that everyone can experience in their own way, immersed in the beauty of nature and with lots of food for thought.
The project was evoked by the renovation of the 12 bell towers of our beautiful village, also called MESSENGERS OF THE MOUNTAINS by the team of designers behind the work.
From good things come good things. The seed has taken root in the imagination of Associations and non-profit Organisations of the small community of Tremosine, that together would like to share with YOU the dream of becoming bearers of a strong MESSAGE OF RESPECT, the essential cornerstone of a just and peaceful society.
Each bell tower will echo an IDEAL OF RESPECT that will be developed and managed by a local authority. Next to each church there will be a notice board, a book of thoughts and a bench, where travellers can share their thoughts and meditate on the written words of pilgrims who preceded them. Each year, the 12 books will be collected to form a single book which will be available online.
The Route is rather long, and unites the 12 bell towers, running through hamlets and landscapes of rare beauty. The intention is to create various itineraries indicated in an explanation map, so that everyone can enjoy the whole journey in one or more stages.
We also like to think that the magic and beauty of a place, which many call paradise, will leave a permanent mark in the heart of those who decide to move their steps through nature and thought.
The costs for the realization of all this can be broken down into three groups:
Once all expenses have been covered, any remaining funds will be donated to support organizations or projects relating to the respect for the individual (all details will be shared online.
It’s a very ambitious project, isn’t it? Perhaps a dream, perhaps the only weapon we have to place our faith in the future.

Le peculiarità e le risorse di ogni Associazione vengono condivise e sfruttate per promuovere azioni efficaci di sostegno e servizio alla comunità locale, ma anche per promuovere progetti di aiuto a popolazioni in luoghi disagiati.
